Different Christian Worldviews

different christian worldviews

What are the different view points that Christians have of new creation?

View Point 1. No new creation, no new life, Christianity is about living a good life and being a good member of society.

Comments: I heard a Christian say the other day… “What is all this born-again stuff, when did this new doctrine appear?”

I don’t know what they have been learning but it is not Christianity, most of these churches don’t even have salvation by grace, another gospel really.

Lets test it against some new Creation scriptures

  1. Its no longer I that lives but Christ who lives… (Gal 2:20) – Nope
  2. Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creation: old things are passed away; behold, all things have become new (2 Cor 5:17) – Nope
  3. because as he is, so are we in this world (1 John 4:17) -Nope

View Point 2. None of it is actually real yet, these are things that are going to happen at the end of time.

Comments: These ones think they are the same as they ever were, and will be until they die. When they get to heaven they find out they were identical to Christ when they chose Him as Lord and Saviour, they were a prince or princess in God’s kingdom but lived like a spiritual beggar through lack of knowledge.

  3. because as he is, so are we in this world (1 John 4:17) -Nope

View Point 3. I am born-again, that means I have a brand new start, Jesus washed away my sin, (but many times these are saying but coz I’ve done them all again, I don’t think I’m saved any more? Maybe be I am, depends if I can repent enough?)

Comments: This is a sad place to be, they have not received the gift of righteousness, or abundant grace therefore they will live under the harsh cruel sun of religion all their days. They are already righteous in Him but because they don’t know it they can’t receive the gift of righteousness into their identity, so they can’t enjoy the benefits of freedom, their freedom is in their own works. Our Advice: learn about salvation by grace.

  2. Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creation: old things are passed away; behold, all things have become new (2 Cor 5:17) – Maybe, but no if sin still remained
  3. because as he is, so are we in this world (1 John 4:17) -Nope

View Point 4. I am born-again but I don’t know what that means? Maybe it means that Christ lives in me?

Comments: They think they are still the same person but the difference is Christ lives in me, somewhere, somehow? Many people live here, nice people, might even see people healed and delivered, but blinded to the risen life.

  1. Its no longer I that lives but Christ who lives… (Gal 2:20) – Nope, but He does live in me.

  3. because as he is, so are we in this world (1 John 4:17) -Nope

View Point 5. I am born-again, which means I have Christ in me and the Holy Spirit. Yes I am a soul with new life in me. Christ is the treasure in earthen vessels.

Comments: Is this where the majority of the church is?  Awake, arise from the dead and Christ will give you light, you can’t have the light and life that you need Lazarus, because its outside the tomb, Rise Up! Come Out!

  1. Its no longer I that lives but Christ who lives… (Gal 2:20) – Nope, I’m fully alive but Jesus lives in me.
  2. Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creation: old things are passed away; behold, all things have become new (2 Cor 5:17) – Nope, but yes in my spirit
  3. because as he is, so are we in this world (1 John 4:17) -Nope

View Point 6. I am Born-again, I have a new spirit, I am the same soul but I have a new spirit and a new heart. For the bible says I will put a new spirit and a new heart in you.

Comments: The soul identity will only create confusion with new identity scriptures, it will keep Lazarus’s death clothes on. No real freedom here.

A lot of cutting edge, new creation and grace teaching is here, it says I am a new spirit, and also say “mmm don’t worry about that stuff in your head its just soul and mind” however when you question them, they still think that soul is them and they live and talk as the outer man.

View Point 7. I am born-again, I have a new creation inside of me, a new person, I don’t know where it is? but the bible says so.

Comments: These ones are always talking about the new creation as another person. This person still lives in their Adam identity. These ones are on the right path but the penny hasn’t dropped and become a revelation to them that they are the new creation they are talking about. They are like God saying to Jacob, “oh Jacob and Israel who I love” (remember that God changed Jacob’s name to Israel, then he transitioned his identity from Jacob (means: thief) to Israel (means: Prince of God)). They are likened to Lazarus awaking to the possibility that he is alive again, but smelling the death clothes and doubting its all real.

View Point 8. I am born-again, I am a new spirit, Christ lives in my spirit, but I still have an old soul, that needs to be transformed.

Comments: This person is halfway there, they are still living under a screwed identity, they can’t see how it all works, I am a spirit but I am limited by my souls intelligence and learning? My consciousness is me, mmm I think, um confusion!! Need to see the mind is a dwelling place with many inhabitants that aren’t you, you get grumpy and think its ok to grump? Its not you that is the carnal person trained by the spirit of this world.

————————————————-
Most if not all these perspectives above have their roots in positional Christianity, saying positionally we are in Christ, its not real, its all legal. We are not actually seated with Him in heavenly places.
The next two view points are literal Christianity. I literally died, literally rose with Him and are literally seated with Him on the throne, in Him, He literally is my life, my unique personality hidden in Him, I am literally brand new, perfect (with His life) all old things have literally passed away (apart from the body of death- Paul said all we are waiting for is the redemption of our bodies), all things literally have become brand new.

View Point 9.
I am born-again, Christ is my life, I really did die and really did rise again in Him, I have been translated and immersed, hidden in Him, nothing of the old remains apart from the body of death that I live in. I am here to take back the land in my old soul (land). I am C+B=A which is C=Christ, (me hidden in Him) living in B=Body of death (Adam creation), equals A=my actions (how I’m am overcoming or not). I am a new spirit with a new soul, and live in a body which has an encoded life God wants to redeem, its full of thoughts and memories, the most precious being earth learnt faith, hope and love.

Comments: This is us who are pressing forward to the high call, but what about old soul, sin, error, flaws, faults, imperfection? When we get it wrong we are being tricked by a deceitfully wicked spiritual realm. We are likened to the Children of Israel who were suppose to drive out the enemy before them, the problem was they decided to make covenants with them and marry their daughters and sons. This is likened to us taking on the identity of our old life and allowing the sin within the brain and heart’s encoding to be joined to us as our identity.

The more we behold Him as in a mirror the more we are changing our identity from glory to glory. God’s says if you want to go from glory to glory change your identity, behold Him your new life as in a mirror!!! 2 Cor 3:18

High Call. The sons of God on the earth, perfect, complete, the land taken, the inhabitants driven out of their physical brain and heart, now the glory of the new creation has arisen, all of creation has been waiting for these ones to awake and rise from the dead. These ones are in the full stature and measure of Christ, they have grown up into the head, they are the sons of God and walk in the fullness of God

Comments:This is where we are going, giving Jesus the glory due, giving Him the reward He paid for, coming into the fullness of what He sacrificed for. We who are born-again are all like this now, but are hindered by the death clothes. Lets remove the mud.

Authors notes: this page could have been a written with a lot more depth, its aim however is to quickly highlight the confusion of identity in the church.

Some are new creation coz Christ lives in them, some because they are a soul who has a new spirit, so they are an old person and new person at the same time, others cos they are a new spirit but have a old soul, and us who says we are totally brand-new, a new spirit and new soul, resurrected with Christ’s life, hidden in His life, we live in a body of death that is encoded with our old life, we are like Lazarus who has smelly death clothes on. If you took us out of our body we would be totally complete and perfect (coz Christ is my life, and I am complete in Him now).
With all the differing view points almost one constant remains, most live and talk like a soul that have new life inside of them, this perspective is what we call an Adam identity, however no other foundation can a person lay than Jesus Christ, you can’t lay Him on top of your old Adam life, Adam has to be removed all together! Show me the Adam creation at Christ’s resurrection and I will believe he still exists.

Only one person will be saved from this earth and we are hidden in Him with His life!!!
Learn to dwell at the resurrection.
