Died Buried Risen

Scriptures saying that you died and that you were crucified with Christ.


  • 6:3, Know you not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
  • 6:8, But if we died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him; Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dies no more; death has no more dominion over him.


  • 2:20, I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me
  • 5:24, And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts

1 Peter…

  • 2:24 who himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, in order that, being dead to sins, we may live to righteousness: by whose stripes ye have been healed.

Scriptures saying, you were buried with Christ


  • 6:4, Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.


  • 2:12, Buried with him in baptism, wherein also you are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who has raised him from the dead.
